Courses & Training

Lives are built, legacies are changed, and the men and women who do the work never settle for “good enough.”
We are here for the kind of work that gets messy, uncomfortable, and transformative.

Our courses and workshops don’t just teach skills. They challenge you to integrate your personal and professional self—so you show up more grounded, more aligned, and more unapologetically authentic in every space you lead.

No more splitting who you are from what you do. No more surface-level “growth” that leaves you drained and frustrated. Here, you step into clarity, confidence, and the person you were meant to become—both in life and in business.

Women in Leadership Mastery Series

Lead with Clarity. Influence with Power. Thrive with Presence.

3rd Thursday of Every Month @ 7:00am CST

You’re Invited: Women in Leadership Mastery Series

Grab your favorite morning beverage, settle in, and join me on Zoom the third Thursday of each month for the next 12 months as we tackle leadership like women do—boldly, intentionally, and unapologetically.

Leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. It lives in all of us, but it looks different depending on your experience, your strengths, and your voice. This is your space to explore your style, your edge, and your power through guided conversations, reflection, and connection with other women who are leading—sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly, always authentically.

Whether you’re dialing in from your home office, your kitchen table, or even your treadmill, this is leadership your way—practical, actionable, and real.

You’ll leave each session with a fresh perspective, a spark of inspiration, and maybe even a new ally or collaborator in your corner. Come as you are. Show up as you want. And take one hour each month to invest in the leader you already are becoming.

🗓 Once a month | ⏰ 1 hour | 💻 100% virtual | 💰 Free — just your presence

Learn to integrate who you are with what you do, so every decision, connection, and action comes from grounded confidence.

“The Power of One: A Word That Shapes How You Live, Lead, and Decide”

We will explore the power of choosing one intentional word to serve as a guiding light for the year ahead. Rather than focusing on resolutions or long to-do lists, this reflective experience invites women to slow down, listen inward, and identify a word that brings clarity, alignment, and purpose to their daily lives and decisions.

“Desire Without Apology.”

Closed mouths do not get … well most of what they want. Period. This session breaks down the mindset, strategy, and emotional courage behind powerful asks — from additional responsibility to funding to new opportunities. In this session, we unpack how self-trust shapes the way you advocate for yourself — and how clarity of desire is a leadership skill.  You’ll learn how to advocate without over-explaining, apologizing, or shrinking your ambition. Desire is not desperation. It’s direction.  Realign your voice with your truth.

“What Built You.”

Resilience is often praised but rarely unpacked. This conversation explores how trauma shows up in leadership — hyper-independence, overworking, perfectionism — and how to transform survival patterns into grounded resilience.  It also explores how lived experiences — including adversity —shapes leadership patterns. We’ll examine how survival strengths can both empower and limit, and how self-awareness creates choice leading forward.

“Connected Communication.

Connection is influence. This session focuses on communicating from grounded authority rather than performance and how to communicate in a way that builds loyalty, clarity, and influence. We’ll unpack tone, intention, listening, and the subtle power shifts that happen when you stop trying to sound smart and start trying to be understood.  And we’ll explore the power of congruence — when your message aligns with who you actually are.

“The Seat Was Never the Goal.”

You don’t get invited into rooms to shrink. In this session, we unpack visibility, voice, and presence — and why playing small is never a good bet. You’ve earned your place. But at this stage, the question isn’t whether you belong — it’s whether you’re aligned. In this session, we explore visibility, voice, and the subtle ways experienced women still self-edit in powerful spaces. Learn how to contribute without apology from the seat in which you sit.  This is about presence rooted in self-trust, not proving. You belong in the room.

“Build the Damn Table.”

When the door doesn’t open — you design the building. This session is about ownership, entrepreneurship of influence, and redefining power on your terms. Whether that means launching something new, reshaping your role, or leading differently, we’ll explore how to stop waiting for permission and start architecting impact.

“The Courage to Create Safety.”

Psychological safety is about building environments where truth can breathe and it begins with internal safety. In this conversation, we explore how self-trust impacts the environments you build for others. What does it mean to lead in a way that allows honesty, dissent, and growth — without sacrificing standards? We’ll examine the relationship between your inner landscape and your team culture.

“Expansion with Integrity.

Growth at this level requires discernment. Not every opportunity is aligned. In this session, we examine scaling, succession, and strategic growth through the lens of self-awareness. How do you expand in ways that honor your energy, values, and long-term vision?  Because burnout is often misalignment in disguise.

“Who is Telling Women in Leadership to Rest?”

Kim Fields

Women in leadership roles are often expected to keep going—solving problems, carrying responsibility, and performing at a high level without ever being told when it’s time to pause. Over time, that pressure can quietly turn into constant hustle and burnout.

This session explores how professional women can intentionally create balance while leading demanding careers. Through practical strategies and personal insight, Kim will discuss how to set routines that protect your time and energy, recognize when you’re slipping back into overload, and build supportive communities with other women who understand the weight of leadership.

The Gathered Table

An intentional, intimate networking experience for women

This is not a typical networking event.

The Gathered Table is a curated gathering of 20 women designed for meaningful conversation, genuine connection, and collaborative possibility. This is a space for women who value depth over small talk and connection over performance.

At the table, you won’t be asked to pitch yourself or prove your worth. Instead, you’ll be guided into thoughtful conversation with women from different backgrounds and stages—women who are open to sharing ideas, resources, and support in an environment that feels warm, intentional, and welcoming.

This experience is for the woman who is building, becoming, or discerning what’s next—and wants to do so in community, not isolation. Whether you leave with a new collaborator, a fresh perspective, or simply the reminder that you’re not alone in the work you’re doing, the goal is connection that feels real and restorative.

With only 20 seats available, this gathering is designed to remain intimate and focused, allowing space for every woman to be seen and heard.

Come as you are.
Take your seat at the table.
Leave more connected than you arrived.
